It’s not complicated. We are a transportation company and we transport people. If you need to get from point A to point B, that’s what we do!

What sets Shudl apart is the level of assistance we are able to offer. We aren’t a traditional taxi. We don’t pull up to the curb and wait for you to get in the car. Our drivers are trained to assist persons with disabilities, both physical and developmental.

We are also great with kids! 2 of the owners of our business have owned and managed a daycare for over 20 years! And if that thought makes you feel uncomfortable we are happy to show you how or service works. Completely FREE!

Our drivers are trained to help those who have trouble with things like getting in and out of the car. This makes us a perfect fit if you need a ride home after having surgery.

Our systems are built to handle large amounts of rides. If you have to be somewhere everyday but don’t want to be bothered all the time with scheduling. We are the perfect choice.
I really don’t go to the doctor that often.

Don’t hesitate to voice that. We are happy to put your mind at ease by scheduling a time for you and your child to hop in one of our cars and see how it all works. Completely free! We will teach your child to only get in a car with our logo on it and only with a driver wearing a name tag.

Who is MTM?
MTM is contrated with the state of Idaho to provide transportation to medicaid members. If you are on medicaid you can contact MTM about getting FREE rides to medical appointments or even getting reimbursed for travel in your own car!

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
We work hard before we even pick you up to make sure that we have the details of your ride worked out. You will receive a text or phone call the night before your ride to make sure everything it right.
OUR DRIVER APP
Our driver app keeps our drivers on task to get you where you need to be safe and on time!
DRIVER TRACKING
Once your driver is on route to your location you will receive a text with a tracking link. From there you will be able to track how far away your driver is and even cancel your ride if necessary.
DIVERSE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Shudl is equipped to handle cash and card transactions and can even set you up with automated billing. But don’t worry, we use a service that doesn’t even allow us to access your card information.
